We now have a staff that doesn’t present problems, it presents solutions. Also, the children do that. That’s a shift in our culture and really good news for us.
Thanks to PROGRESS, we are now characterised by the quality of our relationships rather than being defined by our bad behavior.
With PROGRESS, our school has gone from being the most vulnerable school in the Borough to a high-flying school that is used as an example to others of what you can achieve if you take people with you.
Our Ofsted report provides good evidence for the importance of creating the right relationships. PROGRESS has enabled us to make the changes that are taking us where we want to be.
